Music Arts School (MAS) is an NGO striving to enrich the music culture of Cambodia by providing opportunities for aspiring musicians to study and perform. We offer classes in Western and Khmer instruments for people of all ages at reasonable rates.
Our mission is to promote the development of youth through music and creative outlets. Through this development they will lead the way toward a harmonious society with respect for all.
We are currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of Accountant/Receptionist.
Time: 1:00pm - 7:00pm Days: Monday - Saturday |

| Duties + Requirements |

Accountant
Duties
- Accounts receivable (student payment collections).
- Accounts payable, including payroll and vendor payments.
- Financial management & reporting.
- Banking and cash management (deposit, withdraw, transfer).
- Tax declaration and payment.
- Receptionist duties including customer service for new students, scheduling classes and coordinating with teachers.
- Keep track of teachers’ attendance.
- Purchasing supplies.
- Assist finance manager and school manager as needed.
Requirements
- Strong in math
- Have basic knowledge related to accounting
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Hard-working and responsible
- Be a good listener and honest
- Willing to learn and work as a team
- Speak good English
- Have good communication and people skills, a desire to work with different people
- Enjoy music
