| Duties + Requirements |
|
Business Development Executive
Duties
- Backing up outside sales approaching new customers.
- Maintain Existing Customer.
- Assist in the submission of Sales reports, Quotations and proposals.
- Coordinating with other sections (e.g. business units air/ocean, finance/accounting, and Operation) to meet the customer’s need and expectations.
- Offering Sales and follow up quotations as per customer inquiries.
- Actively involve to follow up an outstanding / bad debt payment from own customer base.
- Use of data base
Requirements
- Preferably Bachelor Degree from recognized university or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in an international sea freight or air freight operation and logistic company.
- Proactive
- Good command of written and spoken English, If can speak French is a plus
- Excellent team working skills, strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- High organization skills and ability to multi tasks
- Customer Focus – The incumbent needs to put the customer’s interests first and provides impeccable service at all times.
- Self-Management - The incumbent spend much of its time under its direction and must possess effective self-management skills.

Export Customer Service
Duties
- Handle export shipments by Air and Sea.
- Communicate with Sales, Shippers, Network and Suppliers to organize shipments.
- Produce related documentation including invoices to Customers.
- Follow the Customs process with the Head of Customs Team.
- Line of reporting
- Reports to the Head of Export
Requirements
- Experience in Freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of English language.
- Knowledge of Chinese language.
- Computer literate.
