Phare Performing Social Enterprise Co., Ltd (PPSE) is a Limited Company in which Phare Ponleu Selpak Association (PPSA), a local non-government organization is the majority shareholder. It operates a daily performance venue in Siem Reap, Cambodia, called “Phare, the Cambodian Circus”. PPSE’s goals are to help building artists’ careers, prepare them for the future and to contribute financially to the artistic, social and education programs of PPSA.

Customer Service Officer
Duties
- Direct ticket sale to clients at the main counter or at performance .This implies welcoming the clients, provides them with all request information, cashing the ticket price amount, issuing the tickets.
- Answer the ticketing phone standard, register reservation and presales following procedure implemented by the Executive Management Team.
- Gather the information about reservations and presales and transmit it to the night ticketing team.
- Deal with Retailer, Agencies and Drivers for group price, reductions and commission.
- Preparation payment to tuk tuk drivers for monthly banner fee and make clearance to Accountant Assistant.
- Any duties and responsibilities upon requirement by line managers
Requirements
- Experience with customer service ( at least 2 years )
- Be able to communicate in English (Spoken and written)
- Attention to detail and quality
- Customer Oriented
- Self-motivated, proactive and flexible, friendly working environment.
- Working: 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week
- Punctual, hardworking and ability to work as the team is an essential.

Chief Account
Duties
- The Chief Account scope of work
- Cash control daily, weekly, monthly
- Bank reconciliation
- Inventory controlling of Phare Boutique cooperation with Phare boutique manager
- Follow up on ticket stock, ticket sold, ticket code
- Maintain and be responsible for the full of set accounts and running of the day to day operation of accountancy and daily record monitoring in Quickbook
- Monitor monthly/quarterly cash flow, cash on hand and bank statement
- Ensure to monitor on account receivable and account payable
- Withdrawal and deposit to PPSE’s bank account under verification from Finance Director and approval from CEO
- Ensure in good internal control and procedure in accuracy and transparency
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and administrative record keeping maintain of compliance with PPSE policies
- Oversee the work of the accounting team, control the respect of the internal financial procedures and proceed to internal audits from time to time during the year
- Closely monitor the accountant work on the financial system in order to ensure that the project finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Establish and maintain supplier accounts, oversee the account payables and account receivables systems in order to ensure complete and accurate record of all transactions.
- Control that all transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system and sometimes proceed to the data entry if needed
- Ensure the safe guarding of the funds and closely monitor the cash management procedures.
- Define the budget projections and implement the budget monitoring of PPSE, with the support of the Financial Director.
- Implement all actions that are judged necessary by finance director and CEOs to ensure the good functioning of the accounting and financial monitoring.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by managers.

Sales Account Manager
Duties
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Increase PCC ticket and Phare Prod event sales in an assigned territory
- Incentivize / motivate accounts to increase PCC ticket and Phare Prod event sales
- Initiate new and maintain existing account relationships
- Implement and manage sales contracts
- Find creative solutions to overcome objections and obstacles
- Provide accounts with PCC & Phare Prod marketing material
- Coordinate with the marketing and design team for new, innovative material suitable for accounts in the assigned territory
- Seek group and series sales opportunities and liaise with other team members when multiple accounts are involved to close the sale.
- Seek opportunities to make Phare more visible.
- Meet and greet VIP customers and partners at the performances
- Participate in market development activities
- Visit a minimum of 4 – 6 accounts daily and complete the online daily activity report.
- Complete online daily report
- Assist ticketing and accounting department with any issues related to accounts in the assigned territory
- Perform other tasks reasonably required and assigned by PPSE.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager
Requirements
- Experience with sales ( at least 2 years )
- Very good in English (Spoken and written)
- Qualified candidate with travel sales experience.
- Attention to detail and quality
