Lotus World was established in Siem Reap Cambodia since 2004.Our operation encompasses a wide range of aid and development project & welfare, after-school classes, hygiene training for adolescent in poverty, anti-illiteracy crusade for adults, water and sanitation facility improvment in underdeveloped areas, and free medical treatment including eyesight recovery surgery.
And now Lotus world is implementing for three projects:
1. Lotus World Children’s Center
2. PhnomKrom-Suwon Project (Community Developvemnt Project)
3. Beauty Project
Now we are seeking a suitably qualified Cambodian national for PhnomKrom-Suwon project for the
Position: English Teacher (Intern, 1 Post), Salary: 200 USD per month.
- Location: Phnom Krom Village, Siem Reap Commune, Siem Reap City, Cambodia
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday and 8 hours per day |

| Duties + Requirements |

Duties
- Designing and developing the teaching’s curriculum (Lesson Plan, Course Outline, Training Program and others…
- Taking role on classroom management.
- Running and well managing the classes.
- Daily checking the students ‘present and absent to the attendant sheet before beginning the section.
- Prepares homework and handout sheet for students.
- Prepares monthly test and final exam for each course of each class.
- Insures that all attendant rates are higher than 70-80%
- Keeping students’ attendant in the students’ files and filling system need to be updated in software.
- Following up students and problems defining.
- Problem solving and asking advice from supervisor.
- Attends in the weekly meeting and report.
- Making the monthly and quarterly report to Ed, Team Leader
- Timely in the reporting to Ed, Team Leader of any high risks or any emergency cases related works.
- Working honestly with high commitment and respecting to own role.
- Good Corporation with team work and other department, Esp. public school and all students.
- Respecting to the staff’s policy/ code of conduct and well understanding on child protection within organization.
- Working underline of Ed, Team Leader.
- Other tasks required or assigned by project manager or other levels.
Requirements
- High School or Bachelor Degree
- Have knowledge and understand of Child Protection Policy and teaching plan
- Good morality, friendly and Team work
- Good writing and speaking in English
- Male or Female is 20 to 35 years old
- Be patient and flexible with children and problems
- Must pretend yourself as a parent of children
- Experience in teaching at least two years up and love working with children
- Be able to teach Pre-intermediate class and conversation class
- Have good communication and interpersonal skill with children
- Can work under pressure
- Other tasks assigned by Ed, Team Leader and others levels.
