Family Strengthening Program - Outreach Coworker (2position)
Requirements
- University Degree in the social development or other related fields (Management, education. etc)
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experiences with NGOs, UN agency or private sectors in office administrative issues.
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavioral problems effectively
- Ability to plan in writing and implement quality program for youth
- An interest in youth and understanding how they grow
- An appreciation of informal education and a desire to help youth learn by doing
- Time and energy to devote to the project, a desire to continue learning in the project areas, and ability to share decision making and responsibility with youth, enthusiasm, patience, and understanding
- Computer literacy in Ms word, Excel and database programs
- Good knowledge of children's issues, children rights analyze and community involvement in the village
- A good understanding of community development work and the social welfare system in the country
- Proven experience in tracking record of achieving results
- Excellent analytical, research and report writing skills
- Good facilitation, diligent and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is preferable
