Duties + Requirements
General Manager

Duties
  • To maintain highest standards of greeting guests as well as services.
  • To maintain highest standards of service.
  • Knowledgeable of menu & recipe of Food & Beverage.
  • To be able to recognize regular guests.
  • Knowledge of Hotel's pertinent information.
  • Assign all side duties to all the staff.
  • To maintain good working relation with all the staff.
  • Manage the schedule and scope of works for housekeeping staffs and inspect their working performance.
  • Train staff by following hotel guidelines to reach the standard services.
  • To maintain cleanliness & hygiene of workplace.
  • To maintain cleanliness & hygiene of usage equipment.
  • To maintain the standards setting of the Restaurant.
Requirements
  • Background in hospitality/restaurant management, or any business related field
  • 5 years proven experience of restaurant/food service operations in management level
  • Experience in opening and running a new store
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good leadership skills, people management skills and training to staff
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office and restaurant related applications/software
  • Good command in English and/or Vietnamese


Accounting Manager

Duties
  • Possess a clear understanding of critical functions within the Finance Department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.
  • Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
  • Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies and financial entries, documents, and reports.
  • Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
  • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
  • Preparing and distributing financial statements and cost center reports. Adheres to internal and external deadlines.
  • Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review.
  • Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system.
  • Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate representation of cost center performance.
  • Responsible for holding relevant store personnel accountable for accuracy and timeliness of inventory controls and cost controls.
  • Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with annual budgets – prepares all allocations;
  • Responsible for all taxes obligations.
  • Implement and update various accounting procedures.
  • Preparation of the monthly statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements under the Cambodian Accounting Standard.
  • Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
  • Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
  • Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA/ACCA is preferred;
  • At least 3 years working experience in related fields (1 year experience in supervisory level);
  • Proactive, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure;
  • Honest and reliable person;
  • Good in organizational skill, management skill and a good team player;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Accounting Software.


Gas Station Manager

Duties
  • Prepare and implement marketing strategy
  • Manage effectively subordinators and responsible for recruitment.
  • Prepare daily report on sales.
  • Manager office supplies and ensure that stock is available.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly plan on office supply use and submit to HQ for approval.
  • Manage all current and fixed assets at gas station.
  • Ensure that gas station is safe and clean.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • At least 22 years of age
  • Holding BBA
  • Good communication
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office and Internet-Email
  • Good command in English
  • Be honest and willing to work
