Duties + Requirements
General Manager (1 Position)

Duties
  • Assisting in the establishment\implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas of the clinic
  • Developing marketing plan & strategy to promote clinic brand
  • Assisting in the development\implementation of cost effective policies and procedures for all administrative and operational areas
  • Participating in the selection, training and supervision of all clinic staff
  • Planning and coordinating daily work assignments and operations
  • Evaluating performance and disciplinary actions
  • Resolving problems, both administrative and operational (including the maintenance of clinic property, computer systems and installed software applications) and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Serving as a liaison between clinic and external agencies
  • Working with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
  • Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and ethics
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in management field
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
  • Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
  • At least 3 years working experience in related fields
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good organizational skill
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Ability to make sound judgment
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer knowledge skills including knowledge of relevant software


Cashier(1 Position)

Duties
  • Manage up-to-date clinic income records by sending and receiving bank checks and documenting all relevant transactions
  • Receive payments
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of stringent credit policies; routinely call patients who have been extended credit and have not settled debts
  • Handle all payments to clinic suppliers and accurately enter daily payment activities (credit, insurance, cash, check, payment for previous visit) into software management system
  • Fill out and file insurance forms for payment as requested
  • Transfer income activities to Accounting system on a daily basis
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports from clinic financial data 
  • Assist receptionist with patient coordination; schedule follow-up visits and answer calls/books appointments as necessary
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor degree in accounting or banking or any related field
  • Strong math and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
  • Experience in healthcare billing preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting software a plus
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
