Duties + Requirements |
|
General Manager (1 Position)
Duties
- Assisting in the establishment\implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas of the clinic
- Developing marketing plan & strategy to promote clinic brand
- Assisting in the development\implementation of cost effective policies and procedures for all administrative and operational areas
- Participating in the selection, training and supervision of all clinic staff
- Planning and coordinating daily work assignments and operations
- Evaluating performance and disciplinary actions
- Resolving problems, both administrative and operational (including the maintenance of clinic property, computer systems and installed software applications) and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
- Serving as a liaison between clinic and external agencies
- Working with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
- Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and ethics
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in management field
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles
- Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
- Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
- At least 3 years working experience in related fields
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Good organizational skill
- Good problem solving skill
- Ability to make sound judgment
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer knowledge skills including knowledge of relevant software

Cashier(1 Position)
Duties
- Manage up-to-date clinic income records by sending and receiving bank checks and documenting all relevant transactions
- Receive payments
- Assist in the development and enforcement of stringent credit policies; routinely call patients who have been extended credit and have not settled debts
- Handle all payments to clinic suppliers and accurately enter daily payment activities (credit, insurance, cash, check, payment for previous visit) into software management system
- Fill out and file insurance forms for payment as requested
- Transfer income activities to Accounting system on a daily basis
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports from clinic financial data
- Assist receptionist with patient coordination; schedule follow-up visits and answer calls/books appointments as necessary
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor degree in accounting or banking or any related field
- Strong math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
- Experience in healthcare billing preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software a plus
- Very strong written and oral communication skills
