L.H.T CAPITAL is a retail company that has been operating for more than 15 years in Cambodia. We manage and sell import brands from all over the world. Now we are searching for a General Manager Position for one of our subsidiary companies that is in charge of managing our import retail brand.
Reporting to: Board of Directors
Managing: Up to 20 Subordinates
Main purpose of Job;
To Lead and Manage all operations within the company to ensure the attainment of all performance targets in terms of turnover, profits, costs, yield and in accordance with the Company visions, business objectives and compliance requirements which are established and approved by the Board of Directors. |

| Duties + Requirements |
|
General Manager
Duties
- Contribute to the development of the company’s corporate strategy and implement strategic goals to ensure that the appropriate policies and management systems are developed to meet the corporate mission and management visions.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare Financial Reports for company performance
- Prepare budget & forecast for companies sales
- Sales & Marketing Management
- Marketing Planning to build more brand awareness
- Create Marketing Calendar to propose to the Board
- Implement & execute sales promotions for shops
- Store Operation and Management
- Implement sales plans according to Marketing Calendar for in-store promotions
- Inventory control and order management
- Training and education for related employees
- Wholesale Operation and Management
- Finding potential clients
- Negotiation with clients
- Planning of sales / promotion plan and implementation of sales / promotion plan
- Overall Labor management
- Capital (money) management and control
- Reporting to Head Quarters and communication with Head Quarters
- Adopt other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- An understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques;
- Familiar with Financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, etc.);
- Presentational skills with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting and of meeting statutory requirements;
- Fluent in English and Khmer communication
- Leadership skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong drive to achieve results.
- （Experience of store management, if possible）
- Familiar with Sage ERP system
