Duties
- Protecting Office and Maintenance ( Moto and Equipment in office)
- Controlling the permits and identities of all external persons and quests visiting the office and checking their bags or carriages when necessary
- Record name and addresses of visitors or anybody who came to the office in the log book provided.
- Perform various duties related to securities work
- Check and ask for visitors’ information before allowing them come into the Office
- Look after all properties of the office
- Take staff and ND go anywhere when the driver was absent.
- Record name of co-workers who went out of the office for working or for their personal matters
- Prepare all environment in office look good
- Perform any other task as assigned by Manager
- Can do work flexible
- Can Help work of General Cleaner
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12 and above
- Married and living in provincial based
- Cambodian National age 25 and up, who is committed to the SOS Children's Village Values.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and after hours.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with other NGO in Cambodia
- Good interpersonal skills a must
- Willing to do any given job an asset
