We are seeking highly-motivated, customer-oriented, results-focused, and change-driven talents for the following position: Health Services Officer (Mobile Birth Spacing), Cambodian national only, 1 full-time position.
Job Summary:
The Health Service (HS) Officer Mobile Birth Spacing (MBS) is a Phnom Penh based medical position. Under management of the Health Service Manager (Mobile Services), the HS Officer (MBS) plays a critical role to change provider behaviors, improve provider confident on knowledge and skills by coaching/supervising franchise networks and other PSK network through Supportive Supervision Visit (SSV), Practical Training Event Days (TED), in order to support regular birth spacing services delivery for providing high quality birth spacing method especially long-term birth spacing services to poor and vulnerable women of reproductive age.
S/he is responsible for the planning, scale-up, managing, supervising, re-supplying any necessary commodity and/or medical equipment/supplies as needed, reporting and monitoring on the regularly services for the networks providers. Coordinates partnerships with NGO, community mobilizers (CMs), community volunteers and private sector partners (franchise providers, private clinics, and other public facilities etc.); to manage the organizing of Supportive Supervision Visit (SSV), Mobile Birth Spacing Services, Training Event Days (TEDs), and demand creation at the facilities catchments area which need to be in compliance with PSK’s quality standards and procedures (infection prevention, method choice counseling etc.). Coordinates and facilitates re-fresher training on IUD and/or Implants for network providers or community mobilize as needed. |

Requirements
- University Degree/Diploma in medical doctor/medical assistant/secondary midwives;
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in FP particularly LTM clinical is plus;
- Minimum 1 years experience of providing birth spacing counseling
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, health community mobilization, health education and counseling skills;
- Good in English, writing and speaking; and computer literacy, internet and email.
