Location: CCT Head Office, Battambang, Cambodia
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 11:30am and 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Start: Immediate
Salary: $300 - $400 per month dependent on experience
With the continued growth of CCT, the Human Resources Department is a newly designed function that has been created to implement and roll out the appropriate policies and procedures for CCT and its Social Enterprises. This position exists to ensure CCT is adhering to the Labor Laws of Cambodia.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Advisor – Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager and the Directors to ensure the successful roll out of all new policies and procedures and to ensure that staff are adhering to current policies and procedures.

Human Resources Manager
Duties
- End to end recruitment and performance management for CCT and its Social Enterprises
- Maintaining records of all current and new staff as well as leavers
- Writing policies and procedures – English and Khmer - as needed
- Possible training and supervision of a Human Resources Assistant Manager in the future
- Provide training to current staff at CCT and its Social Enterprises on any new or policy changes
Requirements
- Completed degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources Management experience
- Experience in end to end recruitment and in training and development
- Policy and procedure writing experience
- Computer competence in Excel, Word, Power Point and the Internet
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (reading, writing, speaking and listening) is a must
