ICT Finance/Accounting Assistant
Duties
- Biztools is now looking for a dynamic Finance/Accounting Assistants with the following responsibility
- Handle assigned finance/accounting tasks
- Join sale meeting with prospects as required
- Join trainings and on-job support to clients
- Ensure that project implementation plans/documentations are done and updated regularly
- Responsible for maintaining client issues in TFS system and liaise with operation manager to close the issues
- Responsible for organizing updates to training materials, documentation formats, using and monitoring progress of contracts in MS CRM System
Requirements
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance/MIS/IT or any related field
- Good English both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills and passion to learn new software
- Must have positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Conical Hat, Peachtree, QuickBooks or other software solutions is advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
