Milvik (Cambodia) PLC. is a part of Milvik AB, operating under the brand “Bima”, an international micro-insurance company with its headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden. Bima specializes in distributing insurance to the underserved through mobile telecommunications and other alternative distribution channels in emerging markets. We have operations in eleven markets in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Bima is launching its operations in Cambodia, teaming up with a leading mobile operator to offer the first mobile insurance products in the country.

Insurance Sale Consultant
Duties
- Approach potential customers primarily through field sales
- Present and provide consultation with regards to the Personal Accident or Smart Life Insurance products to all prospective customers
- Sell the company’s products to such customers
- As per company sales policy
- Ensure all records and customer’s personal information is correctly entered when making an online registration via mobile phone provided
- Payment collection as per products sold (for Personal Accident)
- Achieve company sales’ targets
- Record customer's feedback and refer customers with additional questions to call Bima Customer Care Hotline
- Work with the Group Sales Managers in providing regular sales reports as per the company policies
- Perform other tasks as required by the Group Sales Managers
Requirements
- High school completion and/or Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Good interpersonal communication skills (English and Khmer)
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Enjoy meeting new people and good relationship management
- Good personality, commitment; a self-motivated and confident person
- A fast learner, and ability to perform consistently in a results oriented environment
- Prior experiences in Sales is a plus and willingness to travel

Senior Insurance Sale Consultant
Duties

- At least one year experience in sales & marketing

- Good personality, commitment; a self-motivated and confident person
- A fast learner, and ability to perform consistently in a results oriented environment
- Knowledge in insurance industry is a plus

Tele-Sale Consultant
Duties
- Make out-going call to mobile subscribers from lists provided to offer Term Life Insurance product (Smart Life Insurance)
- Answer inbound sales calls
- Handle inbound customer service enquiries
- Refer insurance customers who want to change their beneficiary, customer's details, or to make a claim to the "claims hotline”
- Refer customers who have questions or need advice on how to better utilize mobile operator’s services to customer Call Center
- Ensure achievement of all personal performance targets
- Work with the Tele-Sales Manager in providing regular sales reports as per the company policies
- Perform other tasks as required by the Tele-Sales Manager
Requirements
- High school completion and/or Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Good interpersonal communication skills (English and Khmer)
- Good personality, commitment; a self-motivated and confident person
- Familiarity with computers and basic applications
- A fast learner, and ability to perform consistently in a results oriented environment
- Experience in Tele-Sales or Sales is an advantage.
