IT Administrator
Duties
- The post of IT Administrator is responsible for IT Helpdesk Support of the HKL Cambodia office, IT Project implementation, IT Asset Management, IT Equipment Installation, Information Security Management, Data Center Monitoring and IT Audit.
- IT Helpdesk Support
- Provide day to day operations support and helpdesk support in HKL Cambodia Office
- Attend Helpdesk phone calls and e-Mails
- Handle user requests and log the calls
- IT Project Implementation
- Provide IT project support as a coordinator and as a liaison between Vendors and Users on project development and implementation
- Support systems upgrade and replacement
- Asset Management
- Maintain hardware inventory and provide software license management
- Hardware disposal management
- IT Procurement and resource management
- IT equipment Installation and Configuration
- Install and configure network devices such as Cisco Router, Switch and Firewall
- Server Hardware installation and OS installation
- Provide PC hardware maintenance
- PC hardware and software installation
- Security Management
- User Account Management
- Password Unlock and Reset
- Firewall Rules Review
- Service Pack and Security Hot Fixes Management
- Data Center Monitoring
- Monitor all hardware equipments inside the Data Center
- Monitor the temperature and humidity inside the Data Center
- Ensure proper systems backup
- IT Audit
- Implement IT Governance based on HKL standard
- Perform audit preparation based on concepts of COSO and COBIT control frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- 3-4 years of working experience in a similar position
- The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving and computer skills required.
- Good command in English.
