Junior NOC Engineer
Duties
- Perform regular/routine checks on all systems and services to ensure their reliability.
- Respond to any alarm and acting proactively on any anomaly indication using our service network tools.
- Monitor the progress of any distress traffic in the network and take immediate action if necessary to ensure successful dispositions of alarms
- Remote internal staff support
- Customer support by phone, email or issue ticket according to customer’s SLA
Requirements
- Work Experience: 2 years
- Qualification: Bachelor
- Field of Study: Information Technology
- Language: English == Excellent
- Gender: Male/Female
- Marital: Unlimited
- Skills and experience required
- 2 years experience with Linux System Administration
- Network monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, network and telecom equipment
- Remote user support
- Incidence tracking and issue reporting
- Very good writing and speaking English
- Configuration and administration of Internet services such as Apache, Tomcat, Postfix, Bind, DHCPD, LDAP, etc.
- Good knowledge of all Linux servers ( Debian, Red Hat), including creation of shell scripts (bash and sh) to cover system admin tasks

- Writing high-quality software from given requirements and creative problem-solving through software solutions
- Fixing bugs in software
- Improve existing software frameworks, components and solutions
- Writing documentation where appropriate
- Working with team to collectively build software solutions
- Maintaining and contributing to evolve team best practices
Requirements
- Skills and Experience Required
- 3 years of development experience on the Android platform
- Possess a strong knowledge of core Computer Science subjects such as data structures and algorithms as well as multi-threading
- Comfortable working through the entire stack from user interface through the systems levels
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in working in a global team environment
- Open source contributor
- Unit testing
- Experience with development tool chain like Jira, Jenkins, Gerrit, Git
