In line with its vision, PSI/Cambodia has evolved into a Cambodian organization, Population Services Khmer (PSK). PSK is an independent, local non-government organization that was registered with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior. PSK’s mission is to improve the health of low-income and vulnerable Cambodians through social marketing in collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia. PSK will have an organic and sustained connection with PSI and will benefit from the global network to promote life-saving products, services and communications to help Cambodians lead healthier lives.
We are seeking highly-motivated, customer-oriented, results-focused, and change-driven talents for the following position: MARKETING COORDINATOR: HIV, 1 full-time position
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator: HIV will report to Head of Marketing Unit. This position is responsible for the management of a range of products related to HIV prevention. S/he is in charge of developing marketing plans for all HIV related activities – including generic (non branded) marketing initiatives funded under existing HIV projects – and ensuring the implementation of these marketing plans (4 Ps) in collaboration with other departments. S/he has the relevant market knowledge related to HIV, including market volumes (need,supply and demand), market value, competition, price levels, supply chain, distribution and the various target audiences (traders, shoppers, end users). S/he is responsible for ensuring that HIV products are fully cost recoverable and meet their volume and value targets. S/he works in close collaboration with other teams (including HIV program team, outreach team, sales and distribution team, procurement team, and research team) to ensure success of PSK’s HIV marketing activities. |

Requirements
- Advanced university degree in marketing, communication of business management
- At least 3 years of professional experience for a private sector company selling fast moving consumer goods or in communication related position
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts, Expertise in marketing plans development
- Strong analytical skills – quantitative and qualitative
- Result oriented – concerned about reaching targets and keeping timeline
- Ambitious, eager to learn, dynamic, innovative and takes initiative
- Ability to think and review facts critically rather than just follow directions
- Fluency in English and Khmer (written and oral)
- Competency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and email)
