Duties
- Efficiently pick up and carry messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or to other business concerns
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering /collecting goods
- Obtain signatures from authorized persons to complete documents such as checks, payment vouchers, invoices, official letters, grant reports, and as required
- Help to perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines, or running errands if necessary.
Requirements
- At least two years in college/university (Accounting or Finance is advantageous)
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in this field
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Khmer (good command in English is advantageous)
- Computer competency Ms. Word, Excel and E-mail (Peachtree is advantageous)
- Fast learning, honest, flexible, and good attitude
- Strong interpersonal skill.
