| The Sihanouk Hospital Center of HOPE seeks to recruit a suitable and qualified candidate to fill a position of Full Time Staff Nurse. |
| Duties + Requirements |

Duties
- Carry out all nursing duties in a caring, respectful and professional manner
- Interpret and carry out the physician’s orders for individual patients as written in the patient’s chart
- Prepare and administer medications. Possess knowledge of medications, and seek clarification from the physician as needed
- Perform general nursing tasks such as IV Insertion, lab draw, Foley catheter insertion, NGT insertion, and other tasks. Follow appropriate nursing and safety standards
- Perform daily tasks assigned such as blood glucose QC, hematocrit QC, daily check list, etc
- Seek out new learning experiences, participate in classroom education, show initiative in furthering nursing education
- Be available to come to work one day a week in addition to the three 12 hour days.
Requirements
- Certificate diploma from nursing school
- At least 1 year work experience in a nursing
- Compassionate and willing to work with poor patients
- Able to work under pressure and work in a team
- Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to the job
- Willing to be flexible in work assigned
- Intermediate level of English (speaking, reading, writing).
