We are looking for an Order Administrator to support the operations team. This opportunity requires an experienced individual with high attention to detail, excellent problem solving abilities, and an enthusiastic attitude.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales order processing for hardware, services, licenses
  • Customer and sales data entry
  • Domestic and international shipping quotations
  • Warranty and returns processing
  • Issues resolution
  • Communication with internal and external Sales Reps
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required. No exceptions.
  • At least 2 years experience as an Order Administrator, Customer Service Representative or similar Operations or Customer Service experience
  • Experience with technology sales process
  • Intermediate skill in MS Excel
  • Excellent organization and communications skills (phone, email, meetings)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Salesforce.com and Dynamics Great Plains (or other similar ERP system) skills are preferred
  • Professional, reliable, and able to multi-task
