Now its operation is mainly conducted in Phnom Penh City, Kandal, Takeo, Pursat, Prey Veng, Kompong Speu, Kampong Cham, Battambang, and we are going to expand our operation to all the 24 provinces in Cambodia.

Product Development Manager
Duties
- Preparing of annual plan for business development department which is in line with vision, mission, core value, goals, and objectives as stated in long-term and annual business plan of Ly Hour MFI.
- Participate and work closely with product team and relevant departments in developing, launching, and implementing new products.
- Participate and work closely with relevant departments to ensure product quality.
- Lead in developing related manuals or guidelines (policies, procedures, tools, forms, reports, etc.) of all products and services.
- Review policy, products, services, guidelines, tools, and forms to ensure that all of them are up-to-date.
- Conduct pilot test of the new product and service.
- Work with HR department to design training manual to staffs.
Requirements
- BBA in business Administration or other relevant field.
- At least two-year experience in product development or other similar position.
- Computer literacy (able to use MS Office and other relevant applications)
- Good command in English.
- High motivation, initiative, good communication and able to travel to provinces.
