Description
We are looking for qualified candidates to fill the position as below:
Project: Strengthening Women and Families Together (SWFT)
Location: Snuol, Kratie Province.
Purpose: To supervise overall project activities those have as their ultimate goal the accomplishment of SP's Vision, Mission Statement and Distinct Objectives.
Report to: Program Manager.

Duties + Requirements
Project Coordinator for SWFT

Duties
  • Team Leadership
    • Ensure spiritual nature of staff, appropriate Christian witness and good church relations.
    • Manage and support the team to ensure good individual and team performance in supporting of quality ministry, through coaching, mentoring and regular meetings.
    • Develop relationships in the community which will assist with further programming, including finding village churches and developing relationships with church leaders, including women.
    • Maintain government relationships as needed.
  • Coordinating Implementation and planning
    • Coordinate and implement surveys and other data collection in assigned villages.
    • Coordinate the team in maintaining team communication and relationships so the project runs well.
    • Coordinate and organize the daily tasks for the team of two trainers.
    • Assist the Program Manager in implementing the project so it runs well including coming to work prepared and on time, completing assigned tasks, alerting the Program Manager to any problems.
    • Conflict management within the team and between SP teams and communities
    • Assist in coordinating and leading visiting teams
    • Collect data and monthly stories for the monthly report and prepare the draft monthly report
    • Prepare materials and lessons for SWFT.
    • Make sure one story per month is written by a member of the team. Write and submit stories and take photos to go along with the story.
    • Be organized and submit all reports on time.
    • Be organized all training documents.
    • Obtain and maintain motorbike if responsible for driving a motorbike.
    • Be willing to travel for training and other project related meetings.
    • Coordinate and facilitate community campaigns.
  • Accountability and Learning
    • Monitor achievements progress towards project goals.
    • Monitor the project performances.
    • Assist in developing semi-annual and annual report
    • Prepare monthly team meeting and reflection.
    • Assist the Program Manager in reviewing staff performance annually.
    • Observe the trainer while they teach lessons.
    • Assist with budgets and proposals
    • Prepare quarterly coaching and leading the team in an effective manner.
    • Learn and conform to SP’s finance requirements related to project expenses.
    • Submit monthly funds requests to SP finance
    • Examine the PAR at the end of the month and check financial expenditure
    • Prepare cash advance request once every two weeks to finance and clear on time.
    • Write reports and maintain monitoring and evaluation logs.
    • Source training for staff.
    • Assist in developing curriculum and develop curriculum for training women volunteers, youth education volunteers and school teachers.
    • Represent SP at sector and government meetings.
    • Cooperate with M&E to conduct semi-annual and annual reflection and learning with community people, women, youth education volunteers and teachers.
  • Additional information
    • At times, she may be requested to undertake other duties, relative to her skills and expertise.
    • She will be with the team in promoting other project activities at nighttime.
Requirements
  • Female, aged 30.
  • Bachelor Degree in social or relevant field.
  • Be a strong Christian witness in the community.
  • More than one year experience in coordinator roles or being involved in project management, implementation and monitoring.
  • Strong community mobilization skills and understand community development concepts.
  • Ability to read and write Khmer and English, and especially good in English comprehension.
  • Experience in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Be able to ride a motorbike for long distance and hold a valid driving license.
