| Duties + Requirements |
|
Research Executive
Duties
- Support the project team in designing and delivering research projects to meet the specific needs of clients
- Liaise with internal and client project teams to prepare project budgets, costing, schedules and progress reports
- Attend internal meetings and client meetings as part of the project team, and as required by the Research Manager/Account Manager
- Assist the Account Manager in managing research projects, working with all of the project staff (Fieldwork, Quality Control, Data Processing), sub-contractors and management to plan and organize work for research projects
- Proactively monitor fieldwork progress and informing the project team, and other members of the Client Service Team of any issues that might affect the timely completion of projects, and to identify possible solutions to those problems
- Assist in preparing responses for client requests for proposals including technical and financial proposal drafting and costing sheets
- Participate in weekly meetings to report on project statuses and co-ordinate with the Research Director all business development opportunities and any relevant information that helps Indochina Research take advantage of these opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related filed is preferred;
- Excellent command of English;
- Experience of working with research an advantage but not essential;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Ability to manage multitude of tasks and work environments (including regular field visits);
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
