| Duties + Requirements |

Sales & Marketing Supervisor General Trade & Roadside
Duties
- Build clients and assure team sale & Marketing target is met
- Conduct market Survey and collect marketing information
- Co-ordinate day-to-day sales team activities and team schedule
- Design creative schemes and marketing plans for consumer products
- Follow up on existing client.
- Lead or develop teamwork within the team and motivate people to take extra effort to deliver the Sales Target
- Lead Marketing Team to deliver the company’s target
- Lead in the implementation of marketing plan and evaluate results
- Develop Marketing Plan to propose to Sales & marketing Manager for the assigned products for implementation and evaluate the effectively of the plan.
- Able to work at province and know clearly of the manpower clients all provinces in country
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sale & Marketing or distribution of consumer related products.
- Good communication and ability to sell Consumer products.
- Well-presented and attractive personality
- Good at problem solving
- Good written and spoken English
- Good computer usage ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, e-Mail)
- Very hard working & self-motivate and initiative
- Be Honesty, friendly, outgoing, patient and work in team
- High level of responsibility

Sales & Marketing Representative (General Trade)
Duties
- Selling the consumer products of company to the customers
- Present new products to the customers
- Sales duty and try to find strategic how to meet sales target
- Extend more customers and keep good relationship
- Do all the competitor report and send report to sales supervisor
- Give feedback and report to supervisor about market situation to improve our sales
- Follow up customers' selling of stock consignment
- Good team work
Requirements
- Finished bachelor degree or studying at University is encourage to apply
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy team work
- Self-reliant and hard working
- High level of motivation
- Be able to drive motor as field work
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience at least one year in sales field.
