Duties + Requirements
VP and Manager of Operation Department

Duties
  • Monitor the daily operations in front-back office operation and to ensure that implementation complied with all policies and procedures guideline; monitor staff under their supervision
  • Assess and evaluate operations in the branch, analyze the weaknesses and strengths, perform and propose to improve
  • Develop policy and procedure for strengthening security function in FC system including dual control system of all transactions
  • Facilitate and support to Branch Managers, CSO, and CTLs in other tasks
  • Recommend and propose to improve products, procedure, policies, and services
  • Participate in formulating and implementing strategic plans
  • Manage customer service function including handle complaints and solutions
  • Ensure that all transactions, both from the customers and from the organization itself, are processed in an accurate and timely manner and booked correctly into the computer system
  • Strengthen security function in FC system including dual control system.
Requirements
  • BA in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Banking. MBA is an advantage
  • At least 5 years experience working in banking sector
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solver, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and directly influence them
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure so as to meet tight and often conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, in English and Khmer languages.


Auditor

Duties
  • Assist in planning audits and develop comprehensive audit programs for the Bank.
  • Perform operational and financial audits in accordance with the internal audit program.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit work papers within prescribed timeframes.
  • Summary key findings/issues for conducting exit meeting with concerned Managers.
  • Develop draft findings and recommendations for process and control improvements in a clear and concise format in line with internal standards.
  • Keep track audit finding and conduct follow-up audit report.
  • Conduct investigations of irregularities discovered by or brought to the auditor’s attention.
  • Perform other duties as required, consistent with the goals, objectives, and responsibilities of the Internal Audit Department and with the approval of the Audit Committee.
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of one year experience in related auditing/accounting, lending position within the Banking Industry is required.
  • Sound knowledgeable of banking activities such as banking products and business processes.
  • Good knowledge of risk management, internal control system, audit techniques and principles.
  • Excellently oral and written communication skills as well as the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Appropriately analytical skill and understanding the logic.
  • Be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision in an objective and honest manner.
  • Well organized and ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good English in speaking, writing, listening and reading.
  • Require to travel as needed.
