Helen Keller International (HKI) is an international non-governmental organization whose mission is to save the sight and lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged by combating the causes and consequences of blindness and malnutrition. We do this by establishing programs based on evidence and research in vision, health and nutrition. Established in 1915, HKI maintains its Headquarters in New York City, with Regional Offices in Senegal and Cambodia to support the 22 country offices in Africa and Asia.
We are currently seeking a Finance Admin Officer and WASH Field Officer for our Cambodia country program.
Finance Admin Officer

This position will be based in Rattanakiri Province with travel to Phnom Penh when required. The Finance Admin Officer will be responsible for the admin, logistics and Finance operations in HKI office in Ratanakiri province.
WASH Field Officer
================
This position will be based in Rattanakiri Province with travel to Phnom Penh when required. The WASH Field Officer will be responsible for coordination of the WASH components of a 3 year Nutrition and Food security project. |

| Duties + Requirements |

Finance Admin Officer
Duties
- Welcome and directing guests to the office.
- Answer phone calls.
- Keeping the office neat and tidy
- Assist in delivering mail, payments to suppliers and other stakeholders
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Procurement of local supplies and services
- Prepare monthly report and financial statement
- Other tasks as required by management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years work experience with account processing (Excel) and Quick Book.
- Ability to use Windows-based applications: word processing, excel, simple spreadsheets, email/internet.
- Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in Khmer and English.

WASH Field Officer
Duties
- Conduct water supply and sanitation assessments in targeted communities and households, and provide technical recommendations on needs.
- Assist the project team to develop WASH interventions that support the project objectives. (Behavior change, water supply, sanitation).
- Train field officers on key WASH concepts and technologies relevant to the project.
- Assist with the development of WASH aspects of baseline and endline surveys.
Requirements
- A degree in Public Health, engineering or another relevant area of study.
- Knowledge of one or more indigenous languages of Ratanakiri is an asset.
- Excellent communication and language skills in Khmer and English.
- Significant experience on WASH interventions in rural Cambodia.
- Technical knowledge of public health programs is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Driving’s license is necessary as field travel will be by motorcycle.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
