PSK is an independent, local non-government organization that was registered with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior. PSK’s mission is to improve the health of low-income and vulnerable Cambodians through social marketing in collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia. PSK will have an organic and sustained connection with PSI and will benefit from the global network to promote life-saving products, services and communications to help Cambodians lead healthier lives.
We are seeking highly-motivated, customer-oriented, results-focused, and change-driven talents for the following position: National Sales Manager: Cambodian national only, 1 full-time position
Job Summary:
National Sales Manager will report to Sales and Distribution Director. This position responsible for managing and overseeing PSK’s products sales and distribution through distributor partner and PSK sales team to achieve defined annual goals and objectives. S/he will leads and develop a strong sales team with high performance in delivering consistent achievement volume and coverage sales targets through active planning, monitoring, analyzing and managing of sales personnel and distribution in consultation with the director of Sales and Distribution (S&D) department. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
This role requires exceptional market intelligence and analysis skills and ability to ensure cross-functional collaboration. Additional duties will include supervision of distributor and PSK's sales team on products Distribution, Pricing, Shelving, and Merchandising (DPSM) for effective implementation and training to sales team of these tasks also fall under this position. |

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5 years experience in sales and distribution and distributor supervision, preferably in the FMCG sector in Cambodia.
- Proven track work record with tangible achievements and ability to promote cross- functional effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and training skills are required.
- Project and budget management experience.
- Fluent written and spoken Khmer and proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of computer MS offices, E-mail, and Internet.
