Senior Accountant
Duties
- Prepare invoices, payment and receipt vouchers
- Prepare monthly staff payroll
- Control fixed assets and register
- Prepare and Check inventory report
- Prepare monthly & yearly tax declaration
- Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash replenishment report
- Maintain a filling of all account documents
- Maintain all financial transactions & enter all transactions into company system
- Manage company bank account transactions and petty cash transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of accounting
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting field
- Have experience in stock controlling
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet & Email
- Good in written and spoken English
- Hard working, trustworthy, and honest
- Ability to handle tasks to meet deadline
- Ability to work in team and independently
