The groups subsidiary enterprise Jebsen & Jessen (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is a young and fast growing company in Cambodia that mainly focuses on the distribution of Cables, Chemicals, Communication, Cranes, Pumps and turf & irrigation systems as well as other products that are related to the agricultural, construction and industry sector.
Position summary
The Senior Manager of our Cables division is responsible for the overall operational management of the entire division and all its subsidiary departments. The activities include sales, marketing, technical service, inventory management, direct expenses control, personnel planning & development and profit and loss accountability. The senior manager shall furthermore plan, organize and control selling operations of products distributed within the division throughout the country to achieve sales targets and profitability as well as to ensure meeting the expectations and needs of all customers and principals. |

| Senior Manager (Cables Division)
Duties
- Profit and Loss accountability which includes preparing and recommending yearly sales and operating expense budgets and overseeing them at all times.
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies for existing products, new products and developing products
- Train, develop, supervise, motivate and lead your team members and equip them with sound product knowledge, systems, strategy and selling skills to ensure effective implementation of the strategy in order to derive optimal performance
- Ensure regular reporting to the Company Management in order to raise concerns and deviations of any kind at the soonest possible time
- Ensure regular customer visits in order to maintain a good relationship with them and to gain a clear understanding of their needs & requirements
- Maintain close communications with principals overseas to seek advice on problems relating to product quality and provide information on local market situation
- Ensure proper stock planning & control
- Monitor outstanding accounts and ensure collection target is met
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in electrical engineering (or similar technical field)
- At least 4 to 5 years experience in the field of technical sales and marketing (preferably within the cable industry and/or the M&E business).
- Intense knowledge of the real estate construction & factory building business
- Advanced user in Excel & PowerPoint
- English and Khmer is a basic requirement
- Open minded, Team player
