The USAID-funded Cambodia HARVEST program aims to increase food availability and access by bolstering productivity of agriculture, fisheries and forestry; strengthen value chains; and create private-sector led rural employment.

Training Coordinator
Duties
- Coordinate with scheduling team on timing of training
- Ensure that attendance registers are accurate and completed by attendees
- Prepare and keep track of the evaluation of training and other events
- Responsible for the logistics and organization of event
- budget management during the event
- Prepare training facility with necessary equipment and supplies
- Circulate bulletins of upcoming training
Requirements
- Degree in relevant field for position being applied for required
- Proficiency in English and Khmer required along with strong communications skills
- Previous experience in event planning and logistics coordination required
- Previous experience working on USAID or other donor-funded projects desired
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs including excel
